Food enrichment is an effective way to provide animals with a stimulating environment. The ZyBola is a combination foraging device that doubles as a fun toy. Smear the grooves with peanut butter, coconut oil, seeds, and fruit. Animals of all sizes will enjoy the challenge of licking, biting, and manipulating the tasty treats out of the ridges. The 9" long ZyBola has two, chewable thermoplastic devices connected with a stainless-steel link. This causes the Zybola to articulate and make quiet clinking sounds as animals roll and handle the device. Use with small primates like marmosets, langurs, chimpanzees, tamarins, and macaques. It can also be used with rodents (mice, rats, ferrets). Parrots and other birds will peck at the food. The ZyBola also works with small to mid-sized caninds like dogs, jackals, coyotes, and foxes. Use the ZyBola as an interactive toy or during transport, temporary housing, during health checks, and petting farm enrichment. The ZyBola can be autoclaved to maintain hygiene and IACUC standards in laboratory settings.
